Dealership Setup Form

Please note that we cannot continue with setup for any services we are providing for you before this form is filled out. If you have any questions at all about any questions on this form please email us at info@autotek.ca and we will get back to you asap.

  • Please enter your first and last name.
  • Please enter an email address that you would like us to use to communicate with you and to send you updates and questions to. If there are multiple people you would like email communication to go through please mention this in the “Comments / Questions / Special Requests” field at the bottom of this form.
  • Please enter your phone number.
  • Please enter the URL or web address of your website. It will look something like “www.acemdealership.com”.
  • Please provide a link to your Facebook Business Page. We will request access to it if we are running any Facebook Ads for you or doing anything else for you on the Meta platform. It will look something like https://www.facebook.com/AcmeCarDealership
  • Please let us know your Facebook Business Manager ID. We need it to provide you access to Facebook Ads assets we may create for you. If you are unsure of your number please visit https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1181250022022158?id=180505742745347 to find it.
  • Please let us know what email address you would like us to send leads to. Leads will be sent in ADF XML format to this email address to be put into your CRM. If we have previously discussed using an API, webhook, or 3rd parties to send your leads to your CRM you can leave this field blank.

      Please upload a high quality image of your dealership’s logo. If you do not have the file you can skip this step and either send it to us later or we will try to scrape it from the internet. If you have more graphics and digital media you think we could use in campaigns we design for you we would be happy to have it. Please make note of this in the Comments / Questions / Special Requests section at the bottom and we will provide you with a Dropbox folder to upload it to.

      • Please enter the email address for your main website support. We may (or may not) need it depending on what we are doing for you but likely will. We will always cc’ on any communication with your website developer. If your website developer’s support is not done through email please leave this blank and mention how it is done at the bottom of this form in the “Comments / Questions / Special Requests” section.
        Invoices are sent on the 1st of every month from Jusi Creative Inc. (AutoTek’s parent company).
